Managing stress post-COVID-19, amid a backlog of work from the lockdown period has proven difficult for many.

In an event held both virtually and physically on the 25th of June, 2021. 312 participants were convened
to better understand the nature of stress. Through a series of slides, the convener, Dr. Bolanle Oyeledun, shared helpful tips around celebrating oneself, being resilient, and keeping faith in the face of daily struggles.
