16 Jul FROM DATA TO IMPACT: CIHP JOINS GLOBAL HEALTH EXPERTS AT UNIVERSITY OF SOUTH CAROLINA CONFERENCE TO REVOLUTIONIZE CARE DELIVERY
In February 2025, CIHP joined experts from around the world at the conference themed “Unlocking the Power of Big Data in Health: Transforming Data into Actionable Intelligence.”
The conference brought together leading voices in health informatics, artificial intelligence, and public health policy to explore how data can be leveraged to address complex global health challenges and generally served as a great platform for knowledge sharing and learning for enhanced service delivery.
In an innovative partnership that began in 2022, CIHP has been working closely with the University of South Carolina, USA, to drive innovation in science and healthcare through the power of data in Nigeria.
With the aim to strengthen capacity in implementation science, harness predictive analytics for disease surveillance, and foster global collaboration in public health, this partnership has been fundamental to CIHP’s journey in transforming healthcare using data.
Annually, in line with our commitment to the partnership, CIHP participates in the Big Data Health Science Conference (BDHSC), hosted by the University of South Carolina, USA.
