CIHP, on July 14, 2022 held a close-out dissemination event in Kaduna to mark the success of the Group Antenatal Care Project (implemented across the 23 LGAs) from January 2020 to April 2022 in the state. Such efforts remain key reflections of our mission to deliver equitable, quality, cost effective and integrated health interventions through sustainable partnerships. The G-ANC was funded by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation through @taconnect_ng.
The climax of the close-out dissemination event, was the presentation of awards by Dr. Amina Muhammed Baloni, Kaduna State Honourable Commissioner of Health to outstanding and representative beneficiaries of the G-ANC Project while also receiving one herself for her efforts in ensuring better pregnancy experience and outcomes for women in the state
